My Favorite Way To Eat Kale

There’s two kinds of people in this world, those who love kale & those who hate it. There’s no in between, I’m certain.

The good news is if you hate it, I have a dressing recipe for your kale that will make you want to incorporate it into your meals more often.

There are only 3 ingredients (plus the kale):

1. 2 tbsp organic tahini (you can read the awesome benefits of tahini here!)
2. 1 tbsp amino acids
3. 1 tbsp raw organic apple cider vinegar
4. 2-3 large handfuls of organic kale, chopped, rinsed and dried

All you do is mix them all together and massage into your kale until it’s all coated evenly.

I love to add the kale as a base to my salad bowls. You can then top with your favorite veggies, nuts and healthy fats.

One of my favorite combos in the picture above includes: mushrooms, avocado, walnuts, raw pumpkin seeds and red pepper flakes.
