It’s no secret that I love avocados. Not only are they loaded with tons of nutrients, they also make everything taste so much better.

Apart from all of the goodness they provide for our health and wellness, they’re just so good!
One way I love to eat them is by making avocado toast. You start out with a piece of toast then add your smashed avocado to it and basically add anything you want on top.
Today I added goat cheese, lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
